Bacon!

Stay tuned, sports fans. I'm curing bacon! It's in the fridge as we speak. Round about Monday, it should be done. I'll have ingredients, photos, and a taste for you then. Well, a virtual taste.

I'm excited! And, clearly, I'm a dork.
